Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
    3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1 egg
    3/4 c. catsup
    2 medium onions
    2 green peppers
    16 oz. tomato sauce
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, Lipton soup, bread crumbs, egg and catsup. Form into log and bake, covered, for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Then, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Then saute chopped green peppers and onions in Mazola until tender. Add tomato sauce and warm. When meat loaf has completely cooked, pour warm sauce over it and serve.
