Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 large eggs
3 mashed bananas
Preparation

Sift flour with baking powder, soda and salt.
Cream the butter and add sugar gradually. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing thoroughly.
Add bananas to flour mixture. Add to creamed mixture gradually.
Mix well. Add nuts.
Pour into well-greased loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
