Homemade Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
    6 Guero (hot yellow) peppers, seeded and chopped
    2 large tomatoes, seeded and chopped
    8 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (14.5 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, drained and chopped
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
    1 tsp. dried whole oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, tossing gently to mix well.
    Makes 4 cups.
    Serve homemade salsa over fried eggs, cold meats, poultry, hamburgers or as a dip with tortilla chips.
