Banana Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. half and half
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
1 c. mashed bananas
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except the vanilla and nuts.
In a heavy saucepan, cook, stirring constantly over moderate heat until it makes the soft ball stage.
Add vanilla and nuts.
Beat until it becomes thick and glossy.
Pour in a buttered 8-inch pan.
Let firm, then cut into squares.
