Pizza Dough - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water (110~ to 115~)
3 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. olive oil
Preparation

In large bowl dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.
Allow yeast to proof 10 minutes or until it's foamy.
Add remaining 1 cup warm water, combining well with yeast.
Add 3 cups flour and salt.
Mix dough. Add remaining flour as needed to make a dough that holds together.
Place dough on floured surface and knead for 10 minutes or until dough is soft and not sticky.
Grease a large bowl with the olive oil.
Put dough in bowl and turn a few times to coat with oil.
Cover bowl tightly with plastic wrap and let rise for 2 hours in warm place.
