Oven Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups brown sugar
2 sticks oleo
1/2 cup syrup
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Boil for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add 1 tsp. baking soda.
Pour over 6 quarts popped popcorn.
Stir until well mixed. place in a 200 degree oven for 1 hour; stirring at 15 minute intervals.
Remove from oven and let cool.
Store in covered container.
