Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 frozen bananas (old)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 c. sour milk (1/2 c. milk and 1/2 tsp. lemon juice)
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Old, almost rotten bananas which have been peeled and frozen are best.
Thaw bananas in microwave, mash with liquid from thawing and set aside.
Cream softened margarine with sugar.
Add eggs, soda and vanilla.
Add sour milk.
Stir in mashed bananas. Add flour and chopped nuts.
Pour into 2 loaf pans sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until top of loaf is golden brown and springs up when touched with finger.
