Mexican Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 pkg. taco mix (with 1 c. water)
    1 pkg. ranch dressing mix (with 1 c. water)
    1 (28 oz.) can tomato
    1 can pinto beans
    1 can shoe peg corn
    1 can Rotel tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion.
    Combine taco mix with water; combine dressing mix with water.
    Combine all ingredients, except the meat and onions.
    When all is mixed and warm, add meat and onions. Simmer 45 minutes.\tTop with nachos and grated cheese.
