Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. oleo
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. shortening
4 c. flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)

Preparation

Cream together vanilla, sugar, oleo and shortening.
Add eggs and dry ingredients.
Refrigerate.
Roll, cut and bake at 350\u00b0 until golden.
