Chocolate Crunch Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 or 6 oz.) pkg. graham crackers
    3/4 c. margarine
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Cover bottom of well buttered 9 x 13-inch pan with crackers. Crush well some amount of crackers and sprinkle over top. Sprinkle nuts over crackers.
    Combine sugar, margarine and 2/3 of chips.
    Bring to a boil for 2 or 3 minutes and pour carefully over crackers.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until bubbly all over. Sprinkle remaining chips while hot. When they are soft, spread to frost.
    Cut in small pieces while warm.
