Southern Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. stone-ground cornmeal
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. boiling water
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Stir the cornmeal and salt into the boiling water and mix well.
    Beat in the butter, eggs and milk.
