Susie'S Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb potatoes, diced
    1 stick butter
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 carrot, chopped
    3-4 slices american cheese
    1 1/2 c flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    milk
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, butter, celery and carrots until potatoes are tender.
    Mix flour with milk to make thicker to personal preference.
    Add flour mixture to pan, stirring constantly to prevent sticking on the bottom.
    Stir 3-5 minutes then add cheese. Add salt and pepper anytime while potatoes are cooking.
