Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
3 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. mashed bananas (3 bananas)
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix sugar, egg, milk, bananas and Bisquick. Then beat vigorously for 30 seconds.
Batter may be still slightly lumpy.
Stir in walnuts.
Pour into well-greased loaf pan.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes, until a toothpick stuck into center comes out clean. Crack in top of bread is typical.
Cool before slicing.
