Spoon Bread For Two - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Melt margarine in small casserole.
    Add boiling water to self-rising corn meal; mix well.
    Add beaten egg, buttermilk and sugar; mix well.
    Pour into heated casserole.
    Bake for 20 minutes.
