Mandle Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. almond extract
    food coloring
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar in blender.
    Add egg and mix thoroughly.
    Add dry ingredients which have been mixed together. Add extract and blend thoroughly.
    Separate dough into four even amounts.
    Drop food coloring in desired amounts. Put through cookie press onto ungreased sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
