Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. pecan meats
1 c. sugar
1 c. dark corn syrup
3 eggs, beaten slightly
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pie shell
Preparation

Mix sugar, butter, syrup and vanilla.
Add to beaten eggs, then add pecans.
Pour into pie pan lined with good rich pastry shell (unbaked).
Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
