Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oleo
    1/2 c. oil
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. milk (can sour with 1 tsp. vinegar)
    2 1/2 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3/4 c. chocolate chips
    3/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Cream oleo, oil and sugar.
    Add eggs, vanilla and milk.
    Blend well.
    Mix dry ingredients together; add to creamed mixture.
    Stir in zucchini.
    Sprinkle with nuts and chips, after pouring batter into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
    (No need for frosting; zucchini makes cake moist, too.)
