Carrot-Potato Combo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large potatoes
    4 carrots
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. cheese, grated
    salt and pepper
    paprika
    dried parsley flakes
Preparation
    Boil potatoes and carrots.
    Cool; grate.
    Combine soup, sour cream, butter, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Combine with potatoes and carrots in casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with paprika and parsley. Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Yield:
    8 servings.
