Ingredients

1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. Crisco
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 egg
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. nuts
1/4 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix ingredients.
Cut into cookies and bake on a cookie sheet 8 to 10 minutes at 375\u00b0.
