Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 c. flour
    3/4 c. buttermilk or soured milk (3/4 Tbsp. vinegar + milk to make 3/4 c.)
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3 or 4 mashed ripe bananas
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine dry ingredients and set aside. Cream sugar and oil.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
    Add dry ingredients alternately with milk (begin and end with dry ingredients).
    Add vanilla, bananas and nuts.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake 50 to 60 minutes, or until pick inserted in center comes out clean.
