Cheese Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 3/4 c. warm water
    5 to 6 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 stick softened butter
    1 c. shredded Swiss or sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast with sugar and 1/4 cup water.
    Mix 5 cups flour with salt and make a well and add 1 1/2 cups water, butter and yeast.
    Stir and turn out with 1/2 to 1 cup flour.
    Knead 10 to 12 minutes.
    Cover and let rise 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Punch down and knead in the cheeses.
    Halve and let rest 10 minutes.
    Roll into a rectangle (11 x 6-inch) and let rest 2 to 3 minutes.
    Roll up and place in 8 x 4 x 2-inch well-greased bread tins.
    Let rise until top of tins.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cool before slicing.
