Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. grated zucchini squash
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine wet ingredients and mix well.
    Blend dry ingredients and mix both together.
    Grease 2 loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yields 2 loaves.
