Seafood Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) cooked pie crust
1 medium, chopped onion
1 c. raw, peeled shrimp
3/4 c. crab meat
3 large, fresh eggs
1 1/2 c. light cream or milk
dash of salt and pepper
1/4 tsp. mace
butter
Preparation

Saute onion and shrimp in butter until shrimp are curled and pink and onion is translucent.
Pour in crab meat and stir.
Pour mixture in pie crust.
Beat together the eggs, cream, salt, pepper and mace.
Pour over seafood in crust.
Dot the surface with butter.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 30 minutes until nicely browned and very puffed.
Good hot or cold.
Settles as it cools.
Serves 4.
