1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Scoop out the seeds from the pumpkin.
Wash the seeds.
Pat dry on a paper towel.
Salt the seeds.
Grease a cookie sheet with 1 to 2 tablespoons butter.
Spread seeds on cookie sheet.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until seeds are golden brown and crispy.
