Cinnamon Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 2/3 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix shortening, 1 1/2 cup sugar and eggs.
    Stir in flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt.
    Chill for 1 hour.
    Shape into small balls (a little larger than marbles).
    Roll in mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon.
    Place about 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
    They will rise and fall just before they finish baking.
