Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oil
2 c. zucchini, grated
3 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. each: soda, salt, baking powder and cinnamon
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla and oil until fluffy.
Add zucchini to the mixture.
Sift flour and add soda, salt, baking powder and cinnamon.
Add crushed pineapple, raisins and nuts. Place into greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
