Oatmeal Fruit Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 c. fruit
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar or to taste
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/4 tsp. salt, divided
2 1/2 Tbsp. orange juice
3 c. rolled oats
3/4 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Combine fruit, flour, sugar, lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and orange juice.
Put into greased cake pan.
