Ingredients

1 c. butter
4 c. sugar (not fine)
1 c. canned milk
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
6 c. oats
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix butter, sugar and milk into a 5-quart kettle.
Bring to boil and cook for 3 minutes, then take from heat and stir in peanut butter.
Add oats and vanilla (do fast).
Spoon onto waxed paper.
Let cool.
