Icebox Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. margarine, softened
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine margarine, sugars, vanilla and egg.
    Stir in dry ingredients.
    Add nuts last.
    Divide dough in half and roll into 2 rolls, 1 1/2-inches in diameter.
    Wrap in wax paper and chill at least 2 hours or overnight.
    Slice in 1/4-inch slices and bake on ungreased cookie sheet in a 425\u00b0 oven for 7 minutes.
    Remove immediately from cookie sheet.
