Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
3 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
2/3 c. water
2 c. canned pumpkin
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix until well blended.
Grease 6 (6 x 12-inch) miniature loaf pans.
Evenly distribute batter in each pan.
Bake on middle shelf in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until top springs back to the touch.
