Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sauerkraut
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper
    1 small can pimento
    1 c. celery
    2 carrots, grated fine
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Dissolve sugar in liquids over low heat.
    Add salad mix and cool.
    Pour over sauerkraut and chopped vegetables.
    A glass jar is good for storing overnight in refrigerator before serving. Keeps well.
