Ingredients

1 small pkg. Jell-O sugar-free vanilla pudding (prepare as directed)
2 c. sliced apples or enough to fill crust
apple pie spice to suit taste
3/4 c. water
1/2 stick margarine
Preparation

Mix spices together and sprinkle over apples; melt margarine. Mix with 3/4 cup water.
Pour over apples.
Pour apple mixture into pie crust.
Cover with top crust and bake at 350\u00b0 until apples are tender and crust is brown.
