Creamy Clam Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
pepper
1/2 c. dry white wine
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans undrained chopped clams
2 c. light cream
1 cooked potato, diced
Preparation

Saute onion until tender.
Add in flour, then pepper, wine, potato and clams. Cook until thickens.
Stir constantly.
Remove from heat. Add cream. Return to heat.
Be careful not to boil.
