Ingredients

4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1/2 c. cocoa
2 cubes margarine
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
6 c. quick oats
Preparation

Boil sugar, milk, cocoa and margarine for 2 minutes in a large kettle.
Add vanilla; remove from heat.
Add peanut butter; mix. Add oats; mix well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on waxed paper or any size you prefer.
The mixture gradually hardens.
