Wheat Germ Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. wheat germ
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 c. each: white and brown sugar
1 Tbsp. maple flavoring
2 c. shredded zucchini
1/2 c. sesame seed
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients.
Beat eggs.
Add oil, sugars and maple flavoring.
Beat until thick and foamy.
Add flour mixture; stir just until blended.
Stir in zucchini.
Divide mixture evenly between two 5 x 7-inch loaf pans.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup sesame seed over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
Test with toothpick. Cool in pans for 10 minutes.
Turn out onto racks to finish cooling.
