Sauce Soubise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    In saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender.
    Stir in soup and milk.
    Heat; stir occasionally.
    Makes about 2 cups.
    Serve over cooked meats, chicken or vegetables.
