Pie Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
    1 egg
    2 tsp. vinegar
    water
Preparation
    Add shortening to flour and salt,
    blend well.
    Put egg in liquid measuring cup and beat well.
    Add vinegar and enough water to fill cup to 3/4 full.
    Add to flour mixture and mix well. Makes 3 shells.
