Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 loaf frozen bread, thawed
1 1/2 lb. hot sausage
12 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Spread bread dough out on cookie sheet like pizza dough. Brown and drain sausage.
Sprinkle sausage and cheese on dough; cut in half lengthwise and roll up like jelly-roll.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Cool slightly and slice.
