Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    salt
    1/4 c. golden mushroom soup
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together and make into patties.
    Put in 2-quart baking dish and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Pour off fat. Add 1/2 cup water to remaining mushroom soup; pour over patties. Bake 10 minutes.
