Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked and peeled zucchini
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. Milnot cream
    1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Blend together and pour into pie shell.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 until done.
