Homesteader'S Quick Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 c. rolled oats
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2/3 c. old-fashioned molasses
    2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, soda and oats in a bowl.
    Add eggs, molasses and buttermilk.
    Mix well.
    Stir in nuts and raisins.
    Pour into two greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
