Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. each: salt, nutmeg, pumpkin pie spice and baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. shredded zucchini (uncooked)
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Blend butter and sugar.
    Mix dry ingredients; add half to the batter.
    Blend.
    Add zucchini, then other half of the dry ingredients and vanilla.
    Add nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes (1 loaf) or 25 to 35 minutes (2 loaves).
