Very Easy Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. mashed bananas (3 medium)
    2 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. buttermilk or sour cream
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar thoroughly. Blend in bananas, eggs and vanilla. Sift flour, baking soda and salt together. Add to banana mixture alternately with buttermilk, mixing after each addition. Add nuts and mix. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3 pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
