French Silk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites, beat stiff
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1/2 c. pecans
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. cream
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. instant coffee
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add cream of tartar and 1/2 cup sugar.
    Fold in 1/2 cup sugar, pecans, 1/4 cup cocoa and vanilla. Pour into lightly greased pie plate.
    Bake 25 to 35 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Cool.
