Zucchini Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 or 6 medium zucchini
Creole seasoning to taste
1 Tbsp. margarine

Preparation

Use a food processor or hand grater to grate the zucchini. Saute in the margarine and Creole seasoning.
Cover and let the zucchini set in its juices.
Umm delicious!
