Pineapple Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. currants or raisins
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, mix first 4 ingredients, then add rest. Grease and flour 2 bread loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
