Make-Ahead Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large potatoes, pared
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. sour cream (dairy)
    salt and pepper to taste
    butter and paprika
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender.
    Drain and mash.
    Add cream cheese, salt and pepper, mixing well.
    Put in greased two-quart casserole.
    Top with pats of butter.
    Cover.
    Potatoes may be stored in refrigerator for several days.
