Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries, thawed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients; mix well.
    In separate bowl, combine eggs, oil and strawberries.
    Add to dry ingredients, mixing well.
    Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
    Bake for 1 hour or until bread tests done.
    Yields 2 loaves.
