Cheesy Zucchini Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch deep dish pie crust
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 c. milk
    2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    2 c. shredded zucchini (unpeeled)
Preparation
    Prick bottom and sides of crust with a fork.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 3 minutes; prick gently with a fork.
    Bake 5 minutes longer. Cool.
