1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin (2 c.)
1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients except pastry shell; mix well.
Pour into pastry shell.
Bake 15 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0; continue baking 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted 1-inch from edge comes out clean.
